Brand identity
Brands families remember.
The name on the sign, the color of the scrubs, the website a daughter reads at midnight. We design the whole identity for healthcare facilities and roll it out with your phones, internet and TV.
Why it matters
A family decides in seconds whether a building feels like care. The name, the sign at the door and the website have already spoken before anyone answers the phone.
How we build a brand
Four steps from a blank page to the sign out front.
Every identity goes through the same steps, whether it is one building or a group of thirty.
- 01
Listen
We start in the building
Who you serve, who refers to you, what families ask on the first call, and how the group’s other buildings look. A brand that ignores the building is just a logo.
Who chooses you?Daughters, mostly. And the hospital. What should they feel at the door? - 02
Name and mark
A mark that works everywhere
Names tested out loud and on the phone. A mark that reads on a monument sign, a badge and a browser tab, drawn until nothing can be taken away.
- 03
Color and type
A palette with a reason
Colors that feel warm and clear, checked for contrast so older eyes can read them, and a type pair that stays legible from a sign to a pill label.
- 04
Everywhere
Rolled out, not handed over
Signs, uniforms, badges, stationery, the website and social media, all from one guide. We order, install and launch it with your phones, internet and TV.
Our work
Four identities, built for care.
A small sample of what we do. Open any of them for the full story: the idea, the mark, the color and every place it appears.
01Novacare Healthcare
A parent brand that lets every building keep its name.
Novacare is named for a nova: a star that flares bright, then settles into a steady light. That is the job of a healthcare group in a hard week: act fast, then bring calm back to the floor.

02Prima Healthcare
Three rising lines, and a promise to lead.
Prima is built for an operator that sets the standard for the buildings around it. The mark is three rising lines in sand gold, each one taller than the last, set over a quiet geometric pattern taken from the lines of the building itself.

03Karolwood Gardens
A home, a heart and the garden outside.
Karolwood Gardens is a place people come to live, not just to be cared for. The mark is a house with a heart in its window and rolling garden hills underneath, drawn in a single green line.
