Resident phone
A private line in every room.
Residents get their own number, families get through without going past the front desk, and you get one invoice and one number to call. We survey the building, install it and support it ourselves.
What residents get
The phone they already know how to use.
A private line per room
Their own number, so calls arrive without going through the front desk or a shared extension.
Family call-through
Families dial the resident directly. Staff stop relaying messages, and residents stop waiting for someone to walk down the hall.
Handsets that suit residents
Big buttons, a loud ringer and speed dial. Nothing to learn on top of moving in.
Voicemail that is easy to check
Straightforward voicemail for residents, and messages that can reach a family member instead of sitting unheard.
Moves handled for you
A resident changes rooms and the number moves with them. One request, same day.
One invoice, one number to call
Nobody on your staff manages phone lines.
Per-room lines are usually bought building by building, then chased individually when something stops working. We run all of them on one account, bill them on one invoice with the rest of your services, and answer the phone ourselves when a room goes quiet.
- Every room on one account, not one order per resident
- Moves, adds and changes handled by us
- One invoice with your phones, internet and TV
- A live U.S.-based person answers 24/7

Questions
What operators ask us.
Do residents get their own phone number?
Yes. Each room can have a private direct number so families call the resident, not the front desk.
What happens when a resident moves rooms?
Tell us and we move the number with them. It is a portal request and it is handled the same day.
Can families reach a resident directly?
That is the point of a private line. Families dial the number and the phone in the room rings.
What handsets do you supply?
Handsets chosen for residents — large buttons, loud ringers, speed dial. Tell us what your residents need and we will match it.
Is it billed separately from our other services?
No. Resident lines appear on the same invoice as your phones, internet and TV, with one contact for billing questions.
Who comes out if a room has no dial tone?
We do. It is our install and our support line — you are not handed to a carrier.
In the room
The phone by the bed still matters.
Private number · Family call-through · Easy handset
Families call the resident, not the desk
A private number in each room means staff stop relaying messages and families stop waiting on hold.
Handsets residents recognise
Large buttons, a loud ringer and speed dial — nothing new to learn.
Moves handled same day
A resident changes rooms and the number goes with them.
